In-Home Service Warranty

We offer a one-year in-home service warranty, and other professional repair services.

We will perform all warranty related work for products purchased from us, for the original purchaser, for one year at no charge. After one year, your only cost for warranty repairs will be our trip charge (travel fee) and possible freight costs if the product must be returned to the manufacturer for repair. For all other repairs of blinds or shades purchased from us, just return the product to our Gallery showroom, and we will have it repaired on a timely basis and reasonable cost. We can also pick up the product for repair and/or reinstall it for a trip charge.

Hunter Douglas Lifetime Warranty

Hunter Douglas wants to ensure you are thoroughly satisfied with your window treatments.

The Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited Warranty only applies to the original retail purchaser. Some products may not be repairable due to the age, availability of parts and/or condition of the product(s). Certain products must be sent back to Hunter Douglas directly for repair. In-home services for removal and reinstallation are not covered by the Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited Warranty. In-home services are available in select markets only. Shipping, handling, and other administrative fees are not covered by the Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Covered By A Lifetime Limited Warranty

• Hunter Douglas window fashion products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship, or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product (unless shorter periods are provided below).
• All internal mechanisms.
• Components and brackets.
• Fabric delamination.
• Operational cords for a full 7 years from the date of purchase.
• Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.
• Hunter Douglas motorization components are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Not Covered By A Lifetime Limited Warranty

• Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
• Abuse, accidents, misuse, or alterations to the product.
• Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/ moisture) and discoloration or fading over time.
• Failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
• Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation.
